Good things here

Connectivity is excellent as the railway station is nearby.All necessary amenities are available within the society, including a restaurant and shopping mart, offering convenience to residents

Things need improvement

Maintenance is poor. The growing grasses are not being removed and also there are cleanliness issues caused by littering dogs.There is no fencing around the ponds, leading to uncleanliness and providing breeding grounds for mosquitoes.The indoor clubhouse is not adequately maintained by the maintenance team.

Good things here

nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. As the socieety is located a bit on outskirts from the main city, the socieety has got it's own bus facility till Taratala. Railway station is very near the society. The parking space is amazing with open and covered parking both available, there are no such chaos regarding parking as the security management works good. The society takes proper measures during natural disaster when occurs and proper preventive measures is applied when required. The elevators are always working properly and maintainance is done. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society, Power backup is available. Balcony is also available, and rooms are nicely ventilated. facilities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society and all are well maintained as I have personally used everything. People are educated and cooperative in the society, some festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. The society is pet friendly. There are no major issues regarding pets and stray dogs as security is top notch and society is always kept clean and hygine is maintained properly.

Metro is far from the society. There are no nearby meetro stations available. The connectivity is an issue around the society, Public transports are not available easily around the society, for easy travel you need to have your own car. The construction quality of the buildings are not good, seepage and leakage issues are seen a lot.

Good things here

The society is very well connected with market areas, grocery stores, schools, restaurants and railway station nearby the society. I use my personal car and I don't have any idea about public transport. Parking spaces are very good with covered and open parking both available. The society maintainance is very good, it's kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. CCTV cameras are installed. Security system is very good in the society. Lifts are available and it functional properly. There are 2 elevators in each block if one stop other works, always one or the other lifts are working properly. Water supply and electricity issues are never faced in this society. The rooms in the society are very spacious and prper ventilation with sunlight is available. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. There are also cricket court and play ground which I use after returning from office. I have made friends in this society with whom I play after returning from office. People are friendly, educated and cooperative, all the cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together. I like this society so muvh that I have purchased 2 appartments in this society.

The area is very conjested, the roads are very narrow around the society. Traffic issues are faced a lot. The connectivity of the society is bit of a concern as public transports like auto, cabs are easily not available as more public transports are required during rush hours outside the society. The construction quality of the buildings is not good, seepage and leakage issues are seen in the flats and bedroom areas as well. The maintainance charges are very high.

The roads outside the society are well-maintained. Autos, Ola, and Uber are readily available near the society. The society is clean, and there is round-the-clock water supply. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. The residents are friendly, and bachelors are allowed in the society. There is parking available for visitors. Each building has two lifts, and issues are resolved promptly.

Many schools, colleges and education institutes are in nearby vicinity. The roads are well built and clean with street lights installed alongside. The construction is decent and seems that there is no need for regular maintenance. Regarding the safety and security there are no issues as there are CCTV cameras installed everywhere along with professional guard support. Connectivity is excellent as lots of public transport options are available. The maintenance is done on a regular basis so, you can also enjoy the green parks and all other amenities like gym, shops and it even have ATMs right inside. The roads are well built and maintained.

Multi-route Bus connectivity from doorstep. It has well-constructed houses with lush green parks and all the amenities which are hard to find at one place. The public transport is easily available at a walking distance and there is no problem in reaching the railway station. Hence, the connectivity is very good for working people. Three sides open and designed for cross ventilation for airflow and ample natural light. You will get all your necessary items within a walkable distance. The condition of the roadways is good as well as neat and clean, but sometimes you might face traffic problems. Nowadays, it is very difficult to imagine a society having enough space for parking. A hospital is also nearby for emergency purposes. Last but not least, the safety and security features are very strict, which makes you feel safe and secure with your family and friends. Homes are constructed by thinking of high levels of comfort for the users as there is proper ventilation in all the rooms and kitchen or bathrooms have nice fittings. It is completely safe for kids and senior residents as this is one of the most important advantages of staying here. Regular police patrolling with security guards and CCTV cameras it is possible that there are no crimes happening in or around the project. Nice project with all the basic amenities and well-maintained roads and parks. It is the right place to feel rejuvenated and calm every day. Thanks to the lush green parks and trees planted alongside the roads which are clean and suitable for evening walks as there are street lights installed with CCTV cameras. Most important facilities that are available are the ample parking space, shops, ATMs, gym, jogging tracks, community centres. When compared with other project then it is of high value as there is everything you require like green parks, jogging tracks, nice and clean roads.

Good things here

Friendly locality 20 feet away from the main road, so far enough from traffic noise and road dust pollution but close to all forms of transportation. 15 minutes away from the nearest metro.

Things need improvement

The society doesn't have lift and parking so these are the only two drawbacks the society is 20-plus years old, but it needs to be mentioned that the property that has been listed has been used for less than 5 years in total.
