For the past 10 years, I have been residing in this society and purchased a flat 2 years ago. The society enjoys good connectivity, as Sector 62 is only 6 kilometers away. Additionally, within a kilometer radius, there are several supermarkets, schools, and petrol bunks. Hospitals are conveniently located around 2 kilometers from the society. The maintenance facilities are excellent, with the association promptly addressing issues such as pipeline problems and ensuring cleanliness. The maintenance charges amount to Rs 3.5 per square foot. Moreover, the society offers amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, grocery store, and clubhouse equipped with indoor games.
