Nestled in a drab suburban setting, this house lacks allure with its worn-out exterior and dated design. Inside, the layout feels cramped and disjointed, lacking cohesion and natural light. The kitchen, outdated and cramped, offers little appeal for culinary enthusiasts. Bedrooms are small and uninspiring, lacking the comfort and charm expected in a home. Outside, the yard is neglected, with overgrown shrubbery and a lack of usable space. Despite its convenient location, this house fails to deliver on both aesthetic appeal and functionality, leaving potential buyers disappointed and uninspired by its lackluster offerings.

Royal Palms is a great locality to live in. It is located in the middle of greenery and has good connectivity to train stations, malls, airport and nearby suburbs.
Things need improvement
Although the recently made cement road from Western Express Highway to Marol is a huge relief, the 1 km stretch at the end is yet to be constructed.

This is the best society in Mumbai Goregaon East I am living here from three years I Like this society too much all facilities are available. There are no any type of water shortage. This society is fully furnished and pollution free.

this is flat more then 800 sq feet . there is a best quality of kitchen is available and best bedroom, washroom that is phenomenal.

goregaon I actually a niceand a posh area u can live here comfortablely it has many malls and grocery shop nearby so it become very comfortable and school here are also very good I will say than you can stay here

Great housing society and complex.Huge and spacious apartments. well maintained society. Has very fast lifts. very clean and tidy place. Huge compound. Has 3 towers. security is tight which is very good for the safety of oberoi woods. uber and ola cabs are readily available here but there is lots of traffic in the mornings during weekdays. swimming pool is available.

parents of oberoi international school park and block the road alongside school and oberoi woods. makes life miserable for others living nearby

Yes water short is a common issue in many parts of Mumbai including goregoan east. The areas growing population so its challenges to provide sufficient water supply.

Goregaon was originally called Ghodegaon, a name that was formed by combining the word ghode (meaning "horse") and gaon (meaning "village"). This name was used because Goregaon was a major trading center for horses under the rule of Chatrapati Shivaji. This is a Nice Locality. The locality is very livable and there are good malls, shops, schools and hospitals. Road connectivity to all parts of Mumbai are very good. There is a lot of encroachment and footpaths are crowded by vendors. Parking is a problem and the area is safe.

Connectivity of the area is very good. Expressways and highways are linked to the area. Safety factor is good even at night. Price rise of property is a cause of concern. Neighborhood is good with mostly upmarket residents working in the IT hubs in the locality.

Construction work in the locality and rapid deforestation are a cause for concern, water logging during rains is also serious, there are parks and gardens. The area is livable but authorities must take action to prevent encroachment and evict encroachers. The area is quite safe at night.
