Good things here

The property is situated 3 minutes to metro station and Bus and 20 minutes to International /Domestic airport. The property is fully furnished.it is provided for family and ladies bachelor.

The power cuts in this area are very less, and the internal roads are wide and have streetlights. Due to this it is safe to go out after dark. It is also connected well to prominent areas like Alandur and Velechery.

This is nice location for families to settle as it is close to the airport, schools, malls, colleges and metro stations. It is also close to the Alandur market and we get almost everything there. Grocery and vegetable shops are at a walkable distance.

It is a very nice locality and has good public transport. There are buses, autos and even the metro station is located nearby. The area also has supermarkets, hotels, ATMs etc and a few popular malls too are nearby.

Roads are clean and tidy and a lot of street lights have been put up for the safety of people commuting during the night. No problem of traffic jams and it is a peaceful area to live in.The area is safer than most of the other localities.

Tree plantation is less which makes the environment polluted. Drainage problem persists which in turn serves as a breeding ground for mosquitos.The area is safer than most of the other localities. The water and liht are continuously running as well.
