The society is well maintained. The staffs are helpful and very cooperative. No shortage of water and the construction is excellent. Transportation is good. Cabs, auto and metro is available and nearby. Everything here is well maintained.

I got a 2BHK premium flat here. Fantastic location with close proximity to Jayanagar. The apartments are huge and spacious. The surroundings are maintained. No parking space for visitors.

Good things here

No As far as I know I didn't face any but sometimes is there.Yes there are plenty of options available nearby.Ues schools malls and good restaurants are at walkable distance. Cab availability is great. Locality is cleaned and maintained good residents are also good and friendly.

It was a good area with nice environmental conditions. The roads are very clear and neat, and there are good facilities for everything.I lived in this locality to more than 3 years and such an awesome experience in this locality. I didn't faced any problems in this locality regarding security and amenities. All amenities are available nearby. Safe and clean atmosphere. No power cuts and water supply provided all-time. Good transport facility, medical and general stores are available nearby, banks and grocery store are available nearby, good school and hospitals are available within few kilometres.the vicinity offers numerous reasonably priced guest houses that provide all the necessary amenities . additionally , there are several parks where individual can relax , a variety of shopping centers, and well curated eateries that offer affordable price . the area also boasts excellent grocery stores , pharmacies , clinics , everyday need stores and ATMs for convenience.

I observed some issues in this area.occasionally,frequent traffic jam and scarcity of parking spaces, pollution level are increased and the police patroling should be improved.We can see the deficiency of parking places and also traffic congestions many times. And in rare occasions water shortage is also seen here.

my locality has bad road situation and also common parking issues . the maximum worst element is electricity cuts and the crime reports are increasing day by day these things make uncomfortable . vicinity is unhygienic it is reason to hospitalize and water scarcity also make some issues.

Fabulous society!! I have no words to say about its scenery and beauty. No need to give more electricity charges as they will charge you very low price. You will not face any power cuts in the area. There are great schools, malls and hospitals. The is the most safest locality even children can independently go out to play. No problem about good schools, malls and resturants.

This is one locality that you should always keep in your list of top four or five areas to stay in Bangalore. Yes some civic issues sometimes arise but that is natural. Jayanagar is otherwise a full package, with all the things that you want, right from metro station and shopping complex to a lot more as well. Love the fact that I could invest here early on when prices were still within reach.

There is pollution due to industrial areas an it makes the environment very bad and a lot of health problems ocuurs. Pollution control norms need to be implemented in this area in order for it to be habitable by elderly people.
