Good things here
Transportation connectivity is satisfactory. Maintenance quality is also fine, there are no water supply issues. Amenities like gym, play area and clubhouse are available. Security and safety is taken care of.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is poor with seepage issues in the balcony. Some water logging issues can also be noticed. There is no swimming pool in the premises. Residents include a mixed crowd.

Good things here
He said he left the society few months back. Connectivity mein he uses his personal vehicle, roads acche the, no traffic issues. Maintenance charges were nominal. Lifts were maintained. No seepage issues in flats.
Things need improvement
He said cleaning thoda average tha. Timely garbage dispose nahi hota tha. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, sports facilities nahi tha society mein. People sahi the bas apne mein rehte the. Parking was not adequate.

Good things here
He sold his flat 1 year ago. He said saaf safai theek hoti thi society mein. Schools & hospitals are nearby the society. Seepage ka issue personally he did not faced. Neighbours were quite heplful, festivals sab saath manate the. Lifts bhi well maintained tha.
Things need improvement
He said main apna personal vehicle use karta tha commute ke liye, roads theek nahi the society ke bahar, traffic bhi ab badh gaya hai wahan, Koi Mall ya D-Mart type store nahi tha paas mein. Maintenance charges were 1500/- per month, he personally was not satisfied, koi utilisation nahi tha , parking was not adequate. Sunlight kuch time aata tha , kuch time nahi din mein. There was no swimming pool in the society.

She said the connectivity of society is quite nice, public transport like auto, cabs sab mil jata hai society ke bahar se. Schools & 2-3 big hospitals are nearby. Nirma university paas mein hi hai society ke. Kooda time se uthta hai society mein. Society mein open space hai, with garden, gym & parks for children. Lifts are working fine.
Things need improvement
She said rooms thode chote hain flats mein. There is no swimming pool in the society. Plus she said as Nirma university is very near to the society, ab kaafi bachelors (students) log rehne lage hain, they not trouble as such still jitni families rahein utna accha rehta hai.

Good things here
Connectivity mein public transport like auto, cabs milta hai. Schools and hospitals hai paas mein. No seepage issues in flats. Garbage collected & disposed on time. Lifts are well maintained. Parks, gym, amenity hall and garden hai society mein. People are quite friendly & helpful in society.
Things need improvement
She said there is no metro nearby the society. Parking ka issue hai society mein, there is no underground parking in the society. No swimming pool in the society.

She said society ka connectivity kaafi accha hai. Vaishno devi circle paas mein hai, hospitals & schools are also nearby the society. Auto cabs mil jaate hain easily. Society neat & clean rehta hai with timely collection & disposal of garbage. Flats are spacious with ventilation. Parks, gym, clubhouse sab hai society mein. People are quite friendly in the society.
Things need improvement
She said there is no swimming pool in the society. Swimming pool hona chahiye. Apart from that she did not highlighted any more issues.

Maintenance is good, usmein koi dikkat nahi hai. Water & electricity supply theek hai. People are friendly , festivals are celebrated in society.

Society ka connectivity utna accha nahi hai, public transport available nahi hai. either aapka personal vehicle ho ya Uber bulana padhta hai. Leakage/seepage ka issue hai society mein. Mobile network connectivity acha nahi hai, mere tower mein toh aata hi nahi network. There is also an issue of Stray dogs.

I lived there a few years back.The proximity to highways ensured easy access to transportation.The maintenance standards surpassed those of neighboring societies, ensuring a well-kept environment.The commitment to cleanliness was commendable, with regular upkeep contributing to a hygienic atmosphere. The availability of gyms, clubhouse facilities, and playgrounds provided ample opportunities for recreation.The friendly, cooperative, and helpful nature of the people made the place inclusive.
Things need improvement
The facility of metro was not there during my course of stay.Among various amenities that were provided, there was absence of a swimming pool. Also, during the rainy season, ceiling seepage and water logging was a recurrent issue.

Good things here
Public transportation was easy to find and use. CCTV cameras and lifts were installed and working. There was a small shop inside the neighborhood. The neighborhood didn't have any issues with water seepage. There's a park area in the neighborhood for kids to play. The only festival celebrated in the neighborhood was Navratri.
Things need improvement
The market area wasn't close to the neighborhood. People in the neighborhood were strange; it seemed like they didn't have much to do except for policing trivial matters. There weren't any amenities in the neighborhood premises.

Autos are easily available. Shopping markets are nearby. Schools and restaurants are also present in the locality. Maintenance is good, with timely issue resolution, and cleanliness is well maintained, with no seepage issues. There is a park. Residents are decent in nature, and festivals and events are celebrated together. Would rate the overall functioning as above average. The space is quite sufficient, providing ample area for kids to play.
Things need improvement
The metro station is 15-16 minutes away from the society. There are no gym or clubhouse facilities. The parking area is not well-managed, with spaces for parking personal vehicles not allotted properly

Public transport and connectivity of nearby mall ,markets,are very easy to catch. location is very good.
Things need improvement
There are so much problem in the society. people are consuming alcohol and using slang language and shouting over there. the area is very dengerous like many drug dealer are there . construction is poor. small club house and gym is there.

Travel through own vehicle. Maintenance is fine with CCTVs and Elevators installed. No construction related issues like seepage and leakage are faced. Amenities like gym clubhouse and parks are available. People are nice.

There is no swimming pool available. Do not celebrate festivals together generally. people are not active in this society.

Living at Adani Pratham is a delight. The nearby Nirma University and easy access to the city make it convenient. The community hall and party hall are great for socialising. Excellent maintenance staff too!

Good things here
The community location is near to the highway and airport.people were beneficial to others.the buildings construction quality were good.there were 1 clubhouse and 2 parks for kids.
Things need improvement
There were no functioning and no swimming pool inside the association.there should be a swimming pool inside the society.

The transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of public transport options, schools and hospitals. Grocery stores are also close by, within 5 minutes. Maintenance services are provided timely including cleaning and garbage collection. There are no issues related to ventilation and space in flats, making construction satisfactory. There is a garden in the society. People are friendly in nature.
Things need improvement
Flats are filled with a lot of insects including ants and cockroaches, which causes a lot of Inconvenience to the residents. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are not provided. Market areas must be provided outside the society. Water supply quality must also be improved, provided water is always hot even in summers.
