Security measures include CCTV cameras and courteous security guards. Functional lifts and good ventilation enhance residents' comfort. The friendly and cooperative atmosphere fosters a sense of community, with residents celebrating cultural festivals and events together.read more

Things need improvement

Maintenance charges are quite high at _1400 per month, and there have been delays in maintenance services. Some residents have experienced seepage and leakage issues in their flats. Unfortunately, there is no swimming pool available, and access to auto-rickshaws and erickshaws is limited. The nearest market area is around 1-2 kilometers away. Additionally, the gym facilities are not currently in use.read more
