Good things here
There is no traffic issue. We can get public transport from 500m. feedback is taken for Lift and cctv and other things monthly. So they keep it mantained. No issue of water logging. There is gym, club house in good condition. People are mainly in jobs. We recently celebrated ram janmbhoomi, common food was prepared. Even the security person is instructed and things are mantained.
Things need improvement
In 1-2 house there is issue od seelan out of 500.Swimming pool is not there. Metro is not nearby but we get transport from nearby.

Good things here
The people here are very nice and they celebrate festivals together, which makes the community feel close. It's great to have things like a pool, gym, and clubhouse where we can relax and hang out with friends.
Things need improvement
It's disappointing that there are only simple things like a regular pool and basic facilities. Also, not having any stray animals around might mean there aren't many parks or natural areas, which could make the neighborhood feel less lively and nice.

Good things here
The society has excellent connectivity, with auto rickshaws and cabs readily available just outside. Transportation is convenient, and essential facilities like markets are nearby. Additionally, there is a large hospital located just behind the society. Maintenance services are prompt and efficient, with no delays, and there are no seepage issues. Fire exits are available, and the construction is of high quality. The society offers amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and garden, and the residents are well-behaved.
Things need improvement
Location-wise, the society is excellent in every aspect, and I don't feel there's any need for improvement. The construction quality is commendable, and everything is well-maintained.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops and markets are available outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Amenities are maintained properly. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
Super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are not available nearby the society.

Society 5 years pehle chodh diya hai, tab toh sab acha tha society me. Garden area aur kids play area bht acha tha society me . Grocery shop acha tha paas me for basic needs. Neighbours kaafi ache the and maintain acha hota tha greenery & all. CCTV coverage was good in the society.
Things need improvement
Swimming pool nahi tha society mein when she used to live there 5 years back. Construction quality needs to improve as there was Leakage issue in society i.e plumbing ka issue tha.

The area surrounding the society is often dirty and unhygienic, lacking proper cleanliness. I believe that the surrounding area of the society should be better maintained and kept clean. Additionally, there are no street lights on the roads outside the society, despite paying taxes for the past ten years.

The connectivity was good in this society, public transport like auto, busses were easily available, nearby metro is also available. The Society is kept clean and maintained.
Things need improvement
The malls, markets and restuarants was not present that much around the society, only very few were there. Paintings are not done on time in this society. The construction quality was not good, bathrooms are very bad and gets dirty very soon.

Transportation facilities like cab and autos are easily available. Maintenance is taken care of with CCTVs and Elevators are installed in the society. Amenities like gym and clubhouse are available. Residents are cooperative and friendly, all festivals are celebrated together.

The metro station is not nearby. Construction quality is poor with seepage issues. There is no swimming pool available.

Bus and auto rickshaws are readily available for transportation near the society, and the roads are well-maintained. All services are provided on time, and the maintenance charges of our society are lower compared to nearby societies, making them reasonable. All amenities are available in our society, and they function efficiently
Things need improvement
The only issue in the society is minor seepage, which is not a major concern. Apart from that, in my opinion, there is nothing around here regarding connectivity or maintenance that needs improvement; everything is best

All amenities such as restaurants and markets are available nearby, and the roads around the society are well-built, ensuring no traffic issues. Auto-rickshaws are easily available, making commuting hassle-free. Maintenance services are good, with all services provided on time, and cleanliness is well-maintained, including garbage collection, ensuring the society remains hygienic. There are no power cuts, and amenities such as gym, garden, and park are well-maintained. The residents of the society celebrate functions together and are friendly. The lifts are in good working condition, and even if there are no elevator issues, they are promptly maintained. Security is good, with CCTV cameras installed and operational 24/7.
Things need improvement
The only major issue in construction is seepage, but there are no other significant issues. Amenities are available in the society, except for a gym.

The connectivity of the society is top notch as there are schools, hospitals and market areas nearby. We get an easy access to the public transport facilities like Autos, e-rickshaws and buses.
Things need improvement
There has been a lot of traffic jams around the society area during the office timings which causes delay and a lot of pollution.

Transportation connectivity was satisfactory with availability of buses and autos available. Manageable traffic. Maintenance was also good. Construction quality was satisfactory with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like clubhouse were available. Residents were friendly and cooperative and celebrated festivals and events together.
Things need improvement
There is no swimming pool in our neighborhood. Having a swimming pool would make our neighborhood more enjoyable and give us a nice spot to relax.

basement main kabhi kabhi paani var jat hai. car parking main bohot jada problem hai. seepage ka problem hai washroom main.

Additionally, there is currently no swimming pool available in the society, which could be considered for addition in the future.

Public transport are easily available around the society, I'm fortunate to have easy access to rickshaws right outside my society. It's convenient for getting around town. The cleanliness and security in my society are top-notch, Garbage collection and hygeine is properly maintained. It's something I really appreciate and feel grateful for. I'm lucky to have friendly and helpful neighbors. It creates a sense of community and support that makes living here even better as there are lots of events and festivals which are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
While there are some minor seepage and leakage issues in the society, they're minimal and don't really affect my day-to-day life. Unfortunately, one downside is that there are no swimming pools available for residents. While it wasn't explicitly promised to us, I feel like it's a basic amenity that should be included in the society.

Auto and rickhsaw is easily available for the residnets of the society . The CCTV is in every cooridor int he society for sceurity purpose. Maintennace office revert back quickly and takes care almost everything. The neighbors are kind and helpful, no such issue with infra of the society

There is only one thing that can be worked on in the socitey an dthat is the siwmming pool and gym in the society, it only adds advantage to the socitey

I have easily access to all best local markets and the city centre and big malls at walking distance

The house rent here is budget friendly.Good school is nearby.Medical shop is nearby. Many stores are nearby. Taxi bus facility is available.low power cut.no water shortage problem.
Things need improvement
During the rains, the roads get filled with water. There is no parking facility. Street lights at many places do not work due to which there is a fear of snatching.

This is the best society in Ahmedabad. There is no any type type of crime happened since I am living there. There is no any type of water shortage also veryow power cuts.

Adani Shantigram is well connected & best township in Ahmedabad with lot many offices coming, school, colleges, shopping mall, cricket/ football grounds, gardens and golf course within township. It is well connected to airport, railway station and well situated between Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar Flat is having all windows & balcony as wet & main road facing with greenery in & around.
Things need improvement
Roads are very wide & planned for future. Being new township , it is bit far away from Ahmedabad station. KD hospital - 500 bedded multi specialty hospital is just 2 km away

A very Calm place to live, and a developing area. walking in night gives refreshment. Big companies around this area and restaurant school college nearby only. Great facilities , good security and safety.
