Plus, having the metro station close by adds another layer of accessibility to the city. I appreciate how each resident is allotted two parking spaces, ensuring that parking is never a headache. The construction quality of our buildings is top-notch, with no seepage or leakage issues to worry about. Natural sunlight floods into our homes, and the ventilation is excellent, creating a pleasant living environment. Hygiene and cleanliness are priorities here, and it shows. The society's maintenance team does a fantastic job of keeping everything tidy and well-kept. We never face any issues with water supply or water logging, thanks to the efficient drainage system. Our community amenities, like the gym, swimming pool, park, and clubhouse, are well-maintained and provide opportunities for relaxation and recreation.
