Public transport was easily accessible. My flat showed no signs of leakage, seepage, or cracks, indicating good construction quality. Residents were respectful, and festivals were celebrated together. Cleanliness and hygiene were well-maintained, and water was available round-the-clock. read more

The society lacked many special amenities; even the swimming pool was quite small. The roads near the society were not well-maintained, which occasionally caused issues. read more

Good things here

All public transport is easily available, so there are no problems with commuting. Maintenance services are excellent, with cleanliness and garbage collection done on time, and maintenance charges are reasonable. Construction quality is good, with special and well-ventilated flats and no issues of seepage. Sunlight is abundant, and all amenities such as gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available. The residents of the society are friendly, cooperative, and caring towards each other. read more

There is no visitor parking available around the society, causing visitors to park their vehicles on the roads, leading to significant traffic issues. Therefore, there should be visitor parking facilities available in the surrounding�areas. read more

The society was connected to the highway, and issues were resolved promptly. There were no issues with drainage, leakage, or seepage. Water was available 24/7, and the society was clean. The lifts were well-maintained, and the residents were nice. All modern amenities were available and in good condition. Autos were available nearby. read more

The roads outside the society were not in great condition, they were not up to the mark. there was some traffic issue on the highway near the society. read more
