Good things here
Connectivity around the area is good, with a nearby metro station and easily accessible autos and cabs. Market areas and shops are conveniently located. Maintenance is excellent, with timely resolution of any possible issues and no seepage or waterlogging problems. Amenities, including the gym and clubhouse, are available and well-maintained. People in the area are helpful and friendly.
Things need improvement
Sometimes stray dogs enter the society.

Good things here
Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Metro station is nearby the society. The society is properly maintained and kept clean. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society Basement parking is available in the society. Seapage and leakage issues are not faced at least in my flat. Plaster quality is also fine. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house and parks is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional.
Things need improvement
I have no complaints against this society as the society has got everything available and accessible. There are no improvements required according to me.

Good things here
All modern amenities are available and well-maintained in the society. The residents are friendly and live harmoniously together. Auto-rickshaws are readily available near the society, and the roads outside are in good condition. There are no issues with leakage or seepage, and ventilation is good. The society is clean, with daily garbage collection, and water is available 24/7.
Things need improvement
There is a significant drainage issue in our society, resulting in a foul smell, especially in the mornings. It's so bad that we can't even sit in our living room. There is some traffic in the surrounding areas.

Good things here
The security is good, and the lifts are well-maintained. There are no issues with power cuts, and there is ample parking space for residents. The society is clean, and water is available 24/7. The residents are nice. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. Ventilation is good in the flats, and there are no leakage issues. The roads outside the society are in good condition, and there are no traffic issues; autos are readily available.
Things need improvement
There is no indoor parking available for visitors in the society; they have to park their vehicles outside. The power backup is provided only for common areas; it is not available for individual flats.

There are many facilities available in here. Properties are affordable. CCTV and security guards are there. Street lights are also there. cabs, railway station, autos are situated here and the neighborhood is also good

This project is quiet safe and affordable properties are here. there are adequate parking space available. markts, parks and hospitals are also available. The livability score of the place is also high and the neighborhood is also good. There are cabs and autos frequently available
