Good things here
Connectivity of the society is very good, public Transport like auto, cabs are easily available around the society. Schools are 1.5kms away and Hospitals are 2Kms away from the society, which is nearby. Society is properly maintained and garbage collections are done on time. CCTV and Lifts functions properly. There is no such problems faced regarding electricity and water supply. Water logging issues are not faced in the society. The construction quality is also good, seepage issues are not faced. Community hall is available. People in the society are friendly and cooperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house are not available in the society.

Good things here
The roads outside the society are good, and auto-rickshaws are readily available nearby. We receive water of good quality. There is power backup in the society. Festivals are celebrated here. I haven't experienced any issues with leakage or seepage in my flat. The flats are well-ventilated, receiving plenty of sunlight. The maintenance charges are reasonable.
Things need improvement
Currently, there is no committee in the society, and there is a lot of disagreement among the residents. Parking is unregulated, with cars parked anywhere, and there's no adherence to rules. There are no modern amenities except for a garden.

Good things here
The maintenance quality of the society is good with regular cleaning and hygiene being maintained. The transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of taxis and autos outside the society. The people living in the society are friendly and celebrate all festivals together.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is average with some seepage issues in the building. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are not available in the society
