The monthly maintenance charge was _2600. However, the construction quality was good, with proper ventilation and no seepage issues. Both covered and uncovered parking were available, and services like garbage collection, lifts, and CCTV were well-maintained.read more

Things need improvement

Living in that society wasn't very convenient. Public transport was scarce; finding autos or buses was difficult. There was a lot of politics within the community, and people rarely helped each other. The maintenance team was unresponsive, leaving residents to solve problems on their own. There were no amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, or play area. Apart from Saraswati Puja, there were no cultural events or festivals.read more

It is a good society with proper connectivity . There are proper parking spaces available, I don't know much about autos and cabs because I have my own vehicle. Proper cleanliness and greenery is maintained here. There are no issues regarding seepage, cracks either. The neighborhood is good here, they are very engaging and cooperative. The maintenance is also good here with timely issue resolution.read more
