Good things here

The lifts, CCTV, and security systems worked well without any issues. The construction quality was good, and ventilation was adequate, so we never experienced seepage or leakage issues. There were no problems with water logging. Cleaning and hygiene maintenance were very good. We celebrated all festivals together, enjoying occasions like Holi, Diwali, and Durga Puja. There was both covered and uncovered parking available, with mostly covered parking spots. When I lived there, there was no metro, but it has been built since then. In our society, we had amenities like a play area, garden, and community hall. Public transport such as autos, rickshaws, and cabs was easily available nearby. Malls, markets, local shops, and grocery stores were all accessible within the vicinity. read more

Things need improvement

There were some network connectivity issues in that area. Unfortunately, there were no amenities like a swimming pool or gym in our society. Overall, everything else was quite good during my time there. read more

Good things here

It's reassuring that any issues in the society get sorted out promptly, and residents don't have to worry about leakage or seepage in their flats. Plus, celebrating festivals together adds to the community spirit. With good quality drinking water and maintained cleanliness, it's a comfortable living environment. Having a play area and garden is a definite bonus. And the convenience of accessible public transport and nearby markets just adds to the overall convenience of living here. read more

Things need improvement

It's unfortunate that the utility water quality in the society is not up to par, being hard water. Additionally, the lack of friendliness among residents is a downside. And the absence of amenities like a gym or swimming pool adds to the limitations of the living experience. read more

Good things here

I love how well-connected the society is. It's located on a main road near a T-point, making it easy to catch autos, cabs, and even buses. The metro is within walking distance, and the railway station isn't far either. The nearby markets have all the essentials I need. The construction quality is excellent, with proper ventilation in the apartments. Regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation, as well as consistent electricity and water supply, make daily life convenient. read more

Things need improvement

The major downside is the lack of amenities. There isn't even a garden since it's a very small society. While most people here are nice, there are a few who aren't as friendly, but that's to be expected anywhere. read more

Mere bhaiya rehte hain waha, mai pehle rehti thi ab bhi jaati rehti hoon. No seepage issues in flats, ventilation accha hai flats mein. Log bohot acche hain society ke, very helpful & friendly. Parks hai society mein. read more

Connectivity ka issue hain waha, public transport like auto, metro, bus mushkil se milta hai bahar jaana padhta hai uske liye. Saaf safai thoda aur improve hona chahiye. No amenities like swimming pool, gym in society. read more
