Good things here
He lived there 2 years ago but he said that when he left that society, metro near by the buildings were quite good and the facilities were very good.
Things need improvement
At that time the society would have been filled with water, perhaps it would be true now.

Maintanance is extremly good. Connectivity is also very good People are very friendly in every festivals there celebrates together.

Good things here
The society has a beautiful garden with greenary all around. People living in the society are quite educated and well behaved. Metro and cabs are available.
Things need improvement
Seepage issues are faced by the people living in the society. The issue has been raised to the higher authorities but till now no actions have been taken.

Good things here
I was staying their 3 years back, when i was staying their the socity was actually good jo kuchh bhi chahiye hota tha voh aas paas hi available tha. the society was clean and heiginic. it was well connected by every mean.
Things need improvement
Society ke andar hi ek khud ki market honi chahiye thi jisme saare grocery or daily ki chezen mil jaen, ek shop thi toh but voh society ke bahar thi or zada ni par thodi door thi.

Ample space is allocated for children to play, a lively atmosphere within the relatively small community. .Maintenance within the society is consistently upheld, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness
Things need improvement
There have been complaints regarding unpleasant odors stemming from drainage issue. buses are easily accessible, residents may experience longer wait times for auto-rickshaws.

Connectivity achha hai society ka auto , cabs , metro easily available hai and school , college , malls bhi society ke paas hai . construction bhi achha hai plaster and fiting quality badhiya hai .
Things need improvement
There is no playground or play space for children in society. People are not so helpful & friendly in society.

There are a variety of transit options available, including bus, bus, automobile, and taxis. Because there are no connectivity or traffic concerns, all types of cabs, such as Ola and Uber, come on schedule.

The management is also responsive and quickly deliver the results. There are lots of shops, parks, jogging tracks and large green area is good for healthy living. The roads are well connected and everything is nearby like you can go to the nearest mall in few minutes only.

The well connected project with superb construction quality and secured environment along with lush greenery and availability of the services and amenities inside it what makes this project desirable. All the major schools, colleges and other facilities like park, shops, malls, gym, and grocery stores are reachable in a few minutes time.
