Good things here
The society area boasts some positive aspects, but its upkeep leaves much to be desired, with occasional signs of neglect and seepage issues. The gym and swimming pool, while present, could use more attention as they show some wear and tear. Transportation options are somewhat limited, making it challenging for residents to access certain services and destinations. Nearby markets, grocery stores, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions are available but may not meet everyone's needs. The park is decent but could use some improvements to better accommodate children's recreational activities. While some community members are friendly, not all are known for their warmth and hospitality, creating a mixed atmosphere.read more

Everything was good and well-maintained, and the people of the society were good, but the connectivity was very poor in the society. People faced difficulties in finding markets, and there were a lot of issues with street dogs.read more

Good things here
When I was studying in college, I used to stay there; it was a very nice society. Our society had modern amenities such as a playground, gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and garden, all available. The ventilation was excellent, and there were no issues with seepage or leakage. The festivals like Diwali, and Holi were celebrated very well. Garbage collection was timely, and cleaning was done very well. The maintenance of facilities like lifts, CCTV, and security guards was also good. The maintenance charges were Rs. 1000 per month. Public transportation like autos, rickshaws, and a bus stop were easily accessible at the society gate . Covered parking was available . The quality of the roads around the society was also very good.read more

There was no metro station near the society; it took 45 minutes by public transport to reach the nearest one. Otherwise, everything else was very good and excellent; there were no issues.read more

People here are well educated and engaging, Facilities of gyms, swimming pools and public parks is also available and these are well maintained. Parking spaces are available here.read more
Things need improvement
There are issues of electricity and water supply, we also face issues of seepage and cracks during rainy seasons. Roads are here not properly built and poses issues of drainage , there is high maintenance fees, cab drivers often cancel the bookings at the last moment due to poor road quality and traffic jams , there are no garbage facilities provided. Overall, maintenace services are not at all good, i face lots of issues there.read more

Good things here
Auto and cab availability is easy, there is parking, proper garbage collection, functioning lifts, good paint condition, ample sunlight in flats, no cracks or seepage in my flat, and well-maintained gym and clubhouse. The people are very cooperative, making it a very livable place.read more

There is a water logging issue due to the lack of a sewage line, and the road condition is very average. The sewage treatment around the society boundary needs to be resolved as it is very important for the society's overall well-being.read more
