I'm thrilled with how easy it is to access auto-rickshaws and cabs around the clock�it makes transportation incredibly convenient whenever I need it. And the good quality roads and allotted parking spaces ensure smooth commuting and stress-free parking, which adds to the overall convenience of living in our community. I really appreciate the timely painting maintenance�it shows a commitment to upkeep and enhances the aesthetic appeal of our surroundings, creating a pleasant environment to come home to. Plus, the reliable water and electricity supply, along with exceptional maintenance standards, contribute to a comfortable and well-maintained living environment. The properly functioning elevators and the practice of segregating and disposing of garbage on time demonstrate a proactive approach to cleanliness and hygiene within our community. Proper ventilation helps maintain a fresh and breathable atmosphere indoors. Additionally, the continuous operation of CCTV cameras adds an extra layer of security, offering residents peace of mind. And the friendly atmosphere among neighbors fosters a strong sense of community and makes living here truly enjoyable.
Things need improvement
The occasional occurrence of seepage and leakage issues is still a concern here. While efforts are made to address these issues promptly, their recurrence can be disruptive and inconvenience residents. Additionally, the fact that not all flats receive adequate sunlight may impact the well-being of residents and limit opportunities for natural light within the living spaces. It's something that definitely needs to be addressed to improve the overall living experience.

Good things here
The lifts are well-maintained, and cleanliness is up to the mark. The water supply comes from a borewell within the society. The gym, playground, and garden are well-maintained and in good condition. The residents are friendly and cooperative, and festivals are celebrated together. The roads near the society are well-maintained. Ola and Uber services are available through online booking.
Things need improvement
Autos are not readily available near the society. One has to cross the railway line to reach the main road and find autos there. The water supply is sometimes inadequate. There are numerous leaks and cracks in the flats. The construction of the swimming pool has been ongoing for the past 6-7 months.

Good things here
Maintenance of the society is quite good with functional lifts, proper garbage collection and good water, electricity supply . No issues like leakage , seepage in the building . Autos, cabs and public transport are easily available . People are quite social , they celebrates festivals together. All amenities are available including swimming pool, gym , club house , park , community hall, outdoor and indoor games. Good security and parking facilities.
Things need improvement
The society is great with no issues in connectivity, Maintenance , construction or amenities . It has everything a person needs to live a comfortable life .

Good things here
The people are welcoming and good to be around, there are cultural events and activities organized by the RWA, Overall maintenance is taken care of, the society remains clean and services are provided as per requirement.
Things need improvement
There is a bridge and railway line across the street outside the society making it difficult to commute. For availing transportation of any kind, one has to walk atleast 10 mins, the walls are getting damp and coming off.
