Having reliable public transportation options nearby and a clean, hygienic environment really sets a positive tone for my daily life. The fact that garbage collection is timely and we have continuous water supply, along with 24/7 availability of drinking water, ensures that basic needs are met efficiently. I'm grateful that we don't face any electricity issues, and having power backup available adds an extra layer of security and convenience. Internal roads are also well-maintained, and transportation facilities are easily accessible nearby due to its central location. The society itself boasts top-notch facilities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and park, all of which are well-maintained by a dedicated maintenance team. Residents can easily resolve any issues by making a call to the maintenance team, which offers 24/7 availability of plumbers and electricians. Nearby international schools and proximity to the largest mall in Kolkata within a minute's distance are additional highlights.
