To make this a reality, he introduced cost-effective and quality-driven construction methods by minimizing third-party dependencies. Janapriya set up in-house facilities for brick manufacturing, concrete production, crushing units, and even door and window fabrication. These initiatives not only ensured consistent quality but also reduced construction costs, directly benefiting our customers.
