Having installed elevators is a great convenience, especially for residents with mobility issues. The availability of amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool adds to the quality of life within the community, offering opportunities for recreation and relaxation. Additionally, the presence of friendly neighbors who not only look out for each other but also extend their care to stray dogs in the area is truly heartwarming. Providing food, clothing, and medical care, including rabies injections, demonstrates compassion and a sense of responsibility towards the welfare of animals. Furthermore, the presence of CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards, along with backup power, ensures safety and security for all residents, contributing to a peaceful living environment. Overall, these facilities and the community spirit fostered among residents

The lack of reliable public transportation, with only autos available and the discontinuation of the bus service two years ago, can make commuting difficult, especially for those without personal vehicles. Additionally, the poor condition of the roads, especially during the monsoon season when water logging occurs, exacerbates transportation issues and poses safety concerns. The insufficient parking space, compounded by the alleged fraudulent actions of the builder in overselling parking spots and the lack of proper demarcation, creates further inconvenience and dissatisfaction among residents. The ongoing dispute between owners and promoters, leading to delays in the handover of the complex and the formation of an association, adds to the frustration and uncertainty surrounding the community's management and maintenance. The inadequate maintenance of essential facilities such as elevators, frequent electricity cuts despite power backup availability, and unreliable water supply from borewells due to poor maintenance and past water crises, contribute to a sense of dissatisfaction and discomfort among residents. Furthermore, the poor quality of plaster and fittings, frequent seepage issues, and insufficient access to amenities like the gym and swimming pool further detract from the overall living experience. Despite these challenges, it's commendable that the issue of dogs in the society is not seen as a significant problem, although it still adds to the overall cleanliness and maintenance concerns. Overall, addressing these issues and improving management and maintenance practices would greatly enhance the quality of life for residents in the community

Good things here
The convenience and accessibility offered by our surroundings make everyday life a breeze. With a nearby metro station and a plethora of public transportation options including auto rickshaws, buses, and cabs readily available just outside our doorstep, getting around is incredibly convenient. Moreover, we are fortunate to have a wide range of amenities nearby, from stationary shops to market areas, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants, ensuring all our needs are met within close proximity. One of the aspects I appreciate most about our society is the commitment to cleanliness and maintenance. Regular garbage collection and pest control measures are diligently carried out. Additionally, the security system is robust, with security guards and CCTV cameras ensuring our safety. The sense of community here is remarkable, with residents coming together to celebrate cultural festivals and events organized by the committee. Any issues that arise are promptly addressed by the society, further enhancing the sense of security and well-being among residents. Furthermore, the availability of amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, and club house adds to the overall quality of life within our society. Additionally, I have not faced any problems regarding pets in our society.
Things need improvement
One issue is the occasional occurrence of water logging outside the society on the connecting roads, which can create inconvenience for residents, especially when commuting. Additionally, some residents, including myself, have experienced dampness in our flats, indicating potential issues with the construction quality.

Good things here
The connectivity is just superb. The main road encircling our society is in impeccable condition, and within just a 5-kilometer radius, we have everything we need�schools, hospitals, markets, and even public transport, all easily reachable. It's incredibly convenient. But what really makes this place special is the people. They're so warm and welcoming. Whenever there's a festival, it's like one big family gathering, everyone coming together to celebrate and enjoy each other's company. And the amenities here are top-notch. The gym, swimming pool, club house, garden�all meticulously maintained thanks to the outstanding services we have. Even something as mundane as garbage collection is done promptly, ensuring our society stays clean and pleasant. All in all, it's a wonderful place to call home.

During the monsoon season, the flooding in front of the society's main gate becomes a significant issue. It's definitely something that needs improvement, as it causes inconvenience and potentially safety hazards for residents. Additionally, the parking space inside the society seems to be slightly insufficient for the number of residents, which can be frustrating when trying to find a spot. Addressing these issues could greatly enhance the overall experience of living in the society, ensuring safety, convenience, and satisfaction for everyone. It's encouraging to see that these are the only concerns you have, highlighting the generally high quality of life in the community.

I am having a positive experience living in this society. The connectivity is good, with public transport like buses, autos, and cabs readily available, and the roads are well-maintained. There are schools, hospitals, and markets nearby, adding to the convenience. I appreciate that each resident has designated parking, ensuring a hassle-free parking experience. Garbage collection is regular and efficient, and we enjoy a reliable 24/7 electricity and water supply. The modern amenities, such as the gym and clubhouse, are well-maintained and provide great recreational options. The neighbours are very friendly, and we celebrate each festival together, fostering a strong sense of community. Additionally, the society is secure with CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards, ensuring safety for all residents. Overall, the facilities here contribute to a comfortable and enjoyable living environment.
Things need improvement
While I enjoy living here, there are a few drawbacks. The school is a bit distant, which can be inconvenient. The maintenance charges are quite high, and garbage is not properly segregated. There are no lifts in the buildings, which can be a hassle. The construction quality is also lacking, with plaster falling and tiles broken in some places. Additionally, there are occasional issues with seepage and leakage which is quite annoying.

The connectivity of the society is more or less good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. The society is connected with the main road. Roads are good and street lights are also in working condition. Metro is 5 mins away from the society. local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are nearby the society. Hospitals are very near the society. Alloted parking space is given to all. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. Water supply issues and water logging issues are not faced in the society. There is no such water logging issues around the society. The society maintainance is very good, it's kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. Security is very good in the society. Security guards are available in all parts. Some cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. People participate in all festivals I have never had any pet related issues. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house and parks is available in the society. I love the fact that everything is very well maintained.

Overall everything is great in the society according to my experience so far, I have never faced any problem in this society. It's a great place for living.

Good things here
I'm really impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything is here. The garbage collection is always on point, which helps keep the place looking nice. Having CCTV cameras and security guards around definitely makes me feel safer, which is a huge relief. And it's great that everything in my flat, from the lifts to the ventilation, works so well. Having a balcony is a nice bonus too. But what really makes living here special is the friendly vibe from my neighbors; it really adds to the overall enjoyment of being part of this community.
Things need improvement
Commutes are tough without nearby metro or rail stations, especially during rush hours. It's a hassle having to travel far for essential places like markets, schools, hospitals, and malls. Parking is a nightmare with limited space, and dealing with water supply problems in the summer is a headache. Plus, the constant issues with seepage, leaks, and poor construction quality in the apartments are really concerning. And when it rains, things get even worse with dampness and water logging. Having to deal with stray dogs on top of all that just adds to the daily challenges.

Additionally, the residents are known for being friendly, cooperative, and welcoming, contributing to a pleasant living environment.

The maintenance charges in the society are exorbitant, and the water supply is inconsistent, often starting and stopping abruptly. Furthermore, the construction quality of the society is subpar, evident from significant issues such as seepage, water leakage, numerous cracks in the walls, and peeling plaster. Additionally, the roads within the society are prone to frequent waterlogging during rains, resulting in traffic congestion and significant inconvenience for residents.

Sunlight pours into the flats through the windows. The society is clean, and the roads outside are in good condition. All modern amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and play area are available. The residents are all good people and celebrate festivals together. Auto-rickshaws are available just outside the society.
Things need improvement
The metro station is 3 km away. The water quality is not good; we have to use an RO system, and sometimes water supply is irregular. The walls are of poor quality, leading to frequent issues of leakage and seepage. Maintenance charges are high. There is poor ventilation in the flats. The society lacks a garden; there's just a small park.

Parking space is allotted for everyone in the society, and visitors can also park their cars inside. The society is clean, and I haven't experienced any leakage issues in my flat so far. All the residents are very nice, and we celebrate festivals together. Pets and bachelors are allowed in the society. The maintenance charges are justified, and all modern amenities are available and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The metro station is not nearby; one has to take an auto to reach there. Some flats are experiencing issues of leakage and dampness. The water quality is not good; it has a high iron content, so we need to use an RO purifier.

It's great that all festivals are celebrated, and there are no issues with keeping pets. All amenities are available and well-maintained. Cabs, autos, and buses are readily available nearby. The lift works very well, and garbage collection is always on time.

There are frequent water supply issues, and public transport options are limited, with the nearest metro station being 3 km away and few buses running. Seepage and leakage on the walls are significant problems, indicating issues with the building's structure. Additionally, the maintenance team seems inadequate, as they don't address problems effectively.
