The availability of amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool adds to the quality of life within the community, offering opportunities for recreation and relaxation. Additionally, the presence of friendly neighbors who not only look out for each other but also extend their care to stray dogs in the area is truly heartwarming. Providing food, clothing, and medical care, including rabies injections, demonstrates compassion and a sense of responsibility towards the welfare of animals. Furthermore, the presence of CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards, along with backup power, ensures safety and security for all residents, contributing to a peaceful living environment. Overall, these facilities and the community spirit fostered among residentsread more

The lack of reliable public transportation, with only autos available and the discontinuation of the bus service two years ago, can make commuting difficult, especially for those without personal vehicles. Additionally, the poor condition of the roads, especially during the monsoon season when water logging occurs, exacerbates transportation issues and poses safety concerns. The insufficient parking space, compounded by the alleged fraudulent actions of the builder in overselling parking spots and the lack of proper demarcation, creates further inconvenience and dissatisfaction among residents. The ongoing dispute between owners and promoters, leading to delays in the handover of the complex and the formation of an association, adds to the frustration and uncertainty surrounding the community's management and maintenance. The inadequate maintenance of essential facilities such as elevators, frequent electricity cuts despite power backup availability, and unreliable water supply from borewells due to poor maintenance and past water crises, contribute to a sense of dissatisfaction and discomfort among residents. Furthermore, the poor quality of plaster and fittings, frequent seepage issues, and insufficient access to amenities like the gym and swimming pool further detract from the overall living experience. Despite these challenges, it's commendable that the issue of dogs in the society is not seen as a significant problem, although it still adds to the overall cleanliness and maintenance concerns.
