Good things here
The project, which is loacted at just walking distance from the IIT patna bihta main gate. That is the best part of this project and only for this I was book.
Things need improvement
When I was book my flat(in year 2019) in this project, they are told that the possession of project is Nov. 2020. But after that they delayed 2 years on the name of corona. After that they told that we will give the possession in year 2022. But they don't give. After again I was take the follow-up then they told that possesion will be given by Nov'23. But still they don't give the possession. Even 90% of amout has been taken. Now the today situaltion is that the project woner mr. Vipin ji not pick the phone nor his office person pick the phone. I urge to all the person who has same issue can make a group to take the appropiate action over the builder. If any one want to connect with me can call at 6299914044.
