Good building and great facilities, low rating because it's been recently built by cutting into a reserve forest which i personally didn't like. Though it feels like it is outside the city, it is well connected by metro trains and cabs. One side of a few blocks offers great views of the reserve forest.

) It is a vast area, beautiful, greenery all around, good for group enjoyments and can celebrate small events. The overall quality of the construction is also strong. However, the connectivity is bad and the area is too much noisy and congested.
