The community is characterized by friendly and helpful residents who celebrate festivals like Ugadi, Holi, and Diwali.

Rapido, Ola, and Uber services take considerable time to arrive within the society premises. Residents often experience delays when trying to book rides using these platforms, causing inconvenience for those reliant on transportation services.

The surrounding people are friendly, celebrating festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi, Dussehra, Ugadhi, and Holi together.

The good thing about this society is that the environment is quiet and peaceful, with no noise disturbance. It is well-connected to nearby schools and all daily essentials are available nearby. Maintenance is commendable in all aspects; if any issues arise, they are fixed quickly, with reasonable maintenance charges. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues, and amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, and a good community hall for parties are conducted.

The major drawback of this society is parking. Residents of the society always face problems with parking, both for two-wheelers and four-wheelers.

The amenities of the society are the standout feature because residents have access to various recreational facilities such as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, park, badminton courts, play areas, and numerous indoor games, all of which are well-maintained. The connectivity of the society is also commendable, with several supermarkets and pharmacies located within approximately 300 meters from the society. Schools, hospitals, and bus stops are conveniently situated around 1km away. The quality of construction and planning within the society is excellent, with each individual flat boasting good balcony space and ample ventilation. Residents have never encountered water supply issues.
Things need improvement
There is a road of around 300 meters leading to the society. Along this road, there are several houses, but unfortunately, garbage is frequently thrown onto it, creating an issue. Additionally, the maintenance service of the society could be improved as common areas are not being adequately cleaned.

Proper garbage collection is carried out daily, and there are no construction issues or cracks on walls. Good ventilation and air quality are ensured in the rooms, and amenities such as gyms, swimming pools, squash courts, badminton courts, football courts, open areas, and skating rinks are available. Surrounding residents are very helpful, and they actively participate in celebrating events.

During my time living there around two years ago, the society had top-notch maintenance facilities. This included doorstep garbage collection and well-maintained greenery with daily care practices. The society provided a 24/7 water supply and excellent power backup systems for resident's comfort. Situated away from the main city, the society had a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Its spacious layout with ample open spaces and various amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and badminton court, along with multiple parking options. The built structure and design of the society were commendable, with excellent ventilation in all flats and spacious rooms.
Things need improvement
The connectivity within the society is poor, leading residents to rely on cab bookings such as Ola and Uber for those without personal vehicles. Additionally, necessities such as vegetables and fruits are not easily accessible within walking distance. There are some plumbing issues due to some construction-related issues.

In this society, connectivity to residents' basic needs, such as supermarkets, small vegetable shops, and a bus stop, is within a 1km radius. The water supply for residents is excellent, and regular cleaning and garbage collection services are maintained at a high standard. Residents' complaints are promptly addressed and resolved. The elevators are consistently functional due to good maintenance practices. The construction of the society is older but there are no issues related to seepage. Amenities such as the gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, and play areas are well-maintained and always available for residents' use. Society's security measures are excellent and good safety for its residents.

There is no metro connectivity to this area and there are no major super specialty hospitals near the society.

Connectivity, such as cabs, is available upon booking, and autos are also accessible on the main road of the society. It is a newly built building, aged 6 years. Ambiance is excellent in the society. Water facility is top-notch. Power backup is also available. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Parking area is spacious. There is a designated visitors parking area, making it convenient. Garbage collection is efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately. The cleanliness of the society is commendable, and housekeeping is doing a great job.

There is pollution due to the nearby main road, including air and sound pollution within the society. There's a desire to enhance the seating area in the garden. Essential facilities like grocery stores are located relatively far from the society, about 1 km away, which is inconvenient.
