Power backup is also available for common areas in the apartment. Garbage collection is very efficient, done daily at a particular time in the society. The gym is also well-equipped, and amenities such as the clubhouse, tennis court, football court, and kids' play area are well-maintained. The parking area is very spacious, and there is a dedicated visitors' parking area in the society.read more

Construction quality is poor; there are some minor issues like leaks in the floor and drainage issues in the basement parking area. Maintenance charges are expensive.
