The surrounding people are not just good but also helpful, fostering a sense of togetherness. Celebrating festivals together must add a lot of warmth and joy to the atmosphere. Location-wise, it seems very convenient with supermarkets, bus stops, grocery stores, shopping malls, schools, and hospitals all within reasonable distances. Having such amenities nearby makes life much easier. The availability of good parking space is definitely a plus point, especially in crowded areas. It's reassuring to know that maintenance is up to par, with proper cleaning of floors and open spaces, along with regular garbage collection. Having 24/7 water and power supply ensures that basic needs are consistently met, which is essential for comfortable living. The proper functioning of the lift adds to the convenience, particularly for those living in higher floors.
