Things need improvement
Residents in this community face problems with dust outside their homes due to the dusty roads and ongoing construction activities in the surrounding areas.

Regarding recreation, there is only a basketball court; there are no tennis or shuttle courts. Both a swimming pool and a gym are absent. The gridlock is severe. Some travel time for shopping Some disruptions during the rainy season.

No space for parking large trucks like containers. Despite being gated, the builder-owned amenities cost money for us to use. Smashaan on the backside of the neighbourhood's busy community.

One of Manikonda's largest communities, it contains about 750 apartments spread across 7 towers. Regarding recreation, there is only a basketball court; there are no tennis or shuttle courts. With a 40-foot spacing between each block, BRC management should at the very least set up shuttle courts between them.

Well-kept club with roomy playgrounds. There are stores on society campus. Modern fitness centres are accessible in society. There is plenty of parking. There are many parks in the area. Because of well-maintained roads, there are no traffic congestion. average backup power. elevators of good quality.
