The locality is filled with many pgs and hostles , it's pretty clean and the roads are well maintained , Talwandi circle is nearby for easy availability of anything you need ,many good places to eat along with a good transportation services. read more
it's too crowded sometimes and it can get worse over the time , especially in the evening,lots of vehicles too on the road which can disturb your peace with honks. read more

It is a very good place to live in Kota. Being close to Oxygen Park, the air quality level is very good. Big coaching institutes are at walking distance. Auto rickshaws are available 24/7. Vegetable market read more

Talwandi is good location for business as residential property price are too high for new buyer. wide road , well lit street, parks, top schools and hostel. good drainage system, good market. read more
Due to high migrated population specially student we often see news about crime but these are within limit . read more
