Good things here
The facilities in the society are a major plus point - they have everything! The swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse are all really good. The security department is also excellent, and there's plenty of parking, including a visitors' parking area. Plus, there are no issues with seepage or leakage in the flats.
Things need improvement
Accessibility is poor; there's nothing nearby outside the society. The connectivity is also not good; you have to walk 7-8 minutes to get to anything. Sometimes the lift breaks down, and cleanliness is an issue, with neighbors leaving their garbage bins outside, leading to garbage buildup. People here need to learn some basic manners; that's lacking. Water used to drip from the third-floor balcony onto my second-floor balcony. Some educated people behave uneducated here. There were also issues with pets until recently

Security is good and saftey at night times . Cleaning of the society is preety good and well maintaines garden area is pleasent.
Things need improvement
Connectivity is not good like cabs and autos are not available at night. Absence of lift in the society. Aminities are not available in the society that can be improve.

Connectivity like cabs and autos are not available in the society. Atmosphere of the society is very spacious and decent.

Constructionquality is very poor.There are soo many leekage and seepage issues.Hospitals are not with a walk able distance.

Hospitals are not near from the society its around 3 km yhat is very inconvieent for emergency. Railway station is very far from the society.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity was good, and a flyover has been constructed recently, making transportation more convenient. There is a shopping complex within the society. Maintenance is good, with cleanliness, functioning CCTVs, and no waterlogging. Amenities including the gym and clubhouse are well-maintained. People are friendly and cooperative. The overall atmosphere at the society was pleasant.

Lift maintainance is not good getting always repairs that is inconvienet. It's concerning that the street dogs pose a potential danger for kids in the society.

There are no pollution or traffic issues around the society, creating a pleasant environment. Residents exhibit good behavior, and the maintenance of the lift is satisfactory.
Things need improvement
Cabs are not available in the society, making transportation difficult. Additionally, school vans do not serve the area, and grocery shops are far away, posing challenges for residents.

Cabs are available if we book inside of the society. Construction quality is average. Market is avilable with walkable distance

Roads are not good it is logged with water it is in adequate. Thre is no hospitals afor emergency.
