Good things here

The facilities in the society are a major plus point - they have everything! The swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse are all really good. The security department is also excellent, and there's plenty of parking, including a visitors' parking area. Plus, there are no issues with seepage or leakage in the flats.read more

Things need improvement

Accessibility is poor; there's nothing nearby outside the society. The connectivity is also not good; you have to walk 7-8 minutes to get to anything. Sometimes the lift breaks down, and cleanliness is an issue, with neighbors leaving their garbage bins outside, leading to garbage buildup. People here need to learn some basic manners; that's lacking. Water used to drip from the third-floor balcony onto my second-floor balcony. Some educated people behave uneducated here. There were also issues with pets until recentlyread more
