Quality? Ask us to pay full amout but they won't give the key and all other documents. Car parking is not included in Registration document. Metal sheet car parking for that 2+ lakhs has to pay.read more

Perungudi is a residential cum commercial locality in the south Chennai area close to the sea. The neighbouring localities include Guindy, Velachery, VGP Selva Nagar and TP Nagar. These localities are well developed and have all amenities.
