Good things here
maintennance is pro active when it comes to collecting garbage and cleaning the soctey and its area. There is no such issue of power cuts as such. Lifts have CCTV and is in good shape, Th eneighbors are always ready to help each toher out and celebrate festivals on regular basis
Things need improvement
There is swimming pool int eh society but no tariner whcih makes it hard for even kids or adults to use the siwmming pool for their safety purpose. Few pipes were broken which are being fixed

Location is finest in country I feel- everything nearby from office. Only some water accumulate in heavy rain. Otherwise, everything just awesome!

I will give them 5 star rating. All fittings and construction is top class. Best amenities. Fab maintenance by team and area safety overall is good.

The area is safe for moving about till late at night. Water logging issues still remain but then that is still minor. Overall, a full and high rating is what I would give. Seriously impressed!

Construction quality is top class from a project of this stature and maintenance is excellent. Mobile network is also very good in the area. i love it here.
