Connectivity like cabs and autos are readily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Hospitals are available within 100 meters from the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and football court are available and well-maintained in the society. Schools are nearby, within 1 kilometer from the society. Cultural activities are very enjoyable in the society. Security is very good; there are many CCTVs at the main gate, making it very secure. Ventilation of the flats is very good, and there is plenty of free space on the balconies. Greenery is very good, and there is ample space for walking in the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is poor because there are some cracks on walls in the building, and there are some leaks in the roofs of the houses. Maintenance charges are expensive, around 5000 rupees, that we are paying in the society. Public transportation like buses is available within 2 kilometers from the society but is quite far. Metro stations are also far from the society, around 3 kilometers away. There are some ongoing constructions nearby, leading to pollution and some sound pollution, which is very inconvenient.

Garbage collection is efficient, with separate collection of wet and dry waste, which adds to the convenience. The community is known for its friendly residents, and maintenance services are very efficient. Public transportation options are available within 500 meters, further enhancing convenience for residents. Amenities such as swimming pools, clubs, gyms, tennis courts, kids' play areas, and badminton courts are available and well-maintained. Additionally, there is a party hall available for annual occasions. Parking facilities are well-organized and extensive, including visitor parking, which is very convenient for guests. The society allows pet dogs, accommodating pet owners within its community guidelines. Maintenance charges are reasonable, making it an affordable choice for residents.
Things need improvement
There should be more abundant green areas throughout the city. Additionally, there is a traffic issue outside of the society that needs to be addressed.

Good things here

Water facilities are very good, with reliable power backups. Garbage collection is also efficient, ensuring clean surroundings. The roads are very well-maintained. Hospitals are available within 1-2 kilometers, which is convenient. Landscaping in the society is very good, enhancing the environment. Cleanliness of the society is very good and well-maintained. Security in the society is very good and ensures safety.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is poor, and there are some deficiencies in the bathrooms in several areas of the society. Public transport options like buses are available but are located around 3-4 kilometers away, which is inconvenient. The nearest metro station is also quite far, about 2-3 kilometers away from the society. Parking areas are congested in the society.

Connectivity is excellent via cabs and autos if booked online, which is convenient in the society. Water facilities are very good, and power backup ensures continuous availability. Garbage collection is very good; they collect it regularly and ensure cleanliness. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play areas are available and well-maintained. Facilities like grocery stores and supermarkets are within walking distance, which is very convenient. There is an AIIMS hospital within a 500-meter radius. Parking areas are spacious and convenient, with separate visitor parking available in the society.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is very poor; there are many issues in the top-floor flats. Metro stations are available around 4-5 kilometers away, which is inconvenient. Public transportation facilities are available within a 1-2 kilometer radius, but this is inconvenient.

Good things here
Auto and cab services are easily available, parking is mostly in the basement with some on the ground level, garbage is regularly collected by a private vendor and municipal corporation through a garbage chute system, there are four elevators with one service lift, construction quality is extremely good, amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and play area are spacious and well-maintained, and people are cooperative.
Things need improvement
There is traffic near the society, some gym equipment needs upgrading, and preventive maintenance of the entire society should be improved. There are several pieces of equipment in the society that need upgrading.

Good things here
As i used my personal vehicle , i never faced issues regarding parking , there were also autos and cabs available , but i have no idea regarding other public transport . People were very friendly , i still have friends from there. I never faced issues regarding water , electricity supply or leakage , seepage in the building . There was a gym , well maintained clubhouse , swimming pool and park in the society.
Things need improvement
The only issue i faced there was there were a lot of stray dogs at night which was an issue in the society , except this it was a quite pleasant stay . The society is great .

Good things here
In this society, strict security protocols ensure that proper proof or confirmation is required for access, particularly for outsiders or visitors. However, the gym and library facilities are designed to be inclusive, offering comfort and convenience for all residents.
Things need improvement
During the summer months, the primary issue revolves around water management, as the supply for residents is facilitated through water tank vehicles, which is not an optimal solution for the well-being of the community.

Good things here
Building is strong and there are no cracks in the building. There is timely garbage collection, from the building. Neighbors are interactive and decent. Public transport are available nearby the society like bus, auto, to travel.
Things need improvement
There are some issue of seepage and leakage in the society. There are some parts of the building which shows that plaster will fall anytime. Some parts also have seepage problem in the walls.

Good things here
The neighborhood boasts excellent connectivity with nearby schools and hospitals, while the water supply and garbage maintenance are well-maintained. All necessary amenities are readily available, and the location of the society is highly convenient
Things need improvement
One downside is that it's an older society, lacking temperature-controlled pools and lacking new features seen in more modern societies today
