Good things here

Connectivity like cabs and autos are readily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Hospitals are available within 100 meters from the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and football court are available and well-maintained in the society. Schools are nearby, within 1 kilometer from the society. Cultural activities are very enjoyable in the society. Security is very good; there are many CCTVs at the main gate, making it very secure. Ventilation of the flats is very good, and there is plenty of free space on the balconies. Greenery is very good, and there is ample space for walking in the society.read more

Things need improvement

The construction quality is poor because there are some cracks on walls in the building, and there are some leaks in the roofs of the houses. Maintenance charges are expensive, around 5000 rupees, that we are paying in the society. Public transportation like buses is available within 2 kilometers from the society but is quite far. Metro stations are also far from the society, around 3 kilometers away. There are some ongoing constructions nearby, leading to pollution and some sound pollution, which is very inconvenient.read more
