Moving here was a decision I never regretted. The space and location are fantastic, and it's truly one of the best towers in Mumbai. The connectivity to public transport is excellent, making it even more convenient.
During peak hours, there's frequent traffic congestion between Malad and Goregaon on the highway, which can be quite frustrating. However, apart from this, there aren't any other significant issues to mention.

The surrounding area is excellent, with polite and friendly people, and it's kept clean. There are nice gardens and parks for children to play in. The manager and co-workers are helpful and pleasant, making living in this society a positive experience.
It's disappointing to see some people spitting on the walls, and encountering rude behavior from others can be unpleasant.

This place is truly the best to live in, offering an awesome view from the window and amazing people in the community. There's plenty of parking space available, and the metro and highway are conveniently located nearby, making commuting easy.
It's unfortunate that the security personnel are overly strict about visitor details. Additionally, the road outside the gate has been under construction for the past five years, which is inconvenient. Despite these issues, it's still considered a good place to live.

Living in Omkar Alta Monte was convenient for me, especially due to its proximity to the highway. They've set up a lovely garden where I used to meditate and jog in the mornings. The neighborhood was friendly and supportive. The gym facilities were excellent, perfect for fitness enthusiasts like me. Additionally, a new metro station is being constructed in front of the building, which will further enhance connectivity. Schools and shops are nearby, making daily errands hassle-free. Overall, it was a perfect place to reside.
Living in Mumbai, the financial capital, comes with the typical nighttime traffic jams, which can be a bit noisy. If you can tolerate this aspect, then overall, it's a good place to be.

The connectivity of the society is top-notch everything is present in the radius of 500 meters from the society. Metro station is nearby too.
Everything is nice in the society, but society could provide more amenities to the residents.

Plus, it's part of a top-notch residential community with great connectivity to roads and soon-to-come metro stations. The building itself is a marvel with its towering presence and parking that rivals a mall. And let's not forget the luxurious living spaces that make it a standout in Mumbai. It's simply a dream place to live.

The Alta Monte building boasts the best location ever with breathtaking views. The security measures are extensive and top-notch, providing residents with peace of mind. Additionally, having the metro station opposite is incredibly convenient.
One drawback of the Alta Monte building is its proximity to the highway, resulting in high levels of traffic noise and some noise pollution.

This is the largest building in our neighborhood with 65 floors. It's a well-maintained society with cooperative residents. There's a spacious playground, a well-kept swimming pool, and convenient public transportation. Maintenance services are efficient, and the quality of lifts is good. The building has a beautiful appearance both outside and inside.
Our locality lacks local shops nearby, and the distance to the station is considerable. Additionally, there's no temple in our society, which can inconvenience devotees. The maintenance costs are high, and parking can be problematic at times.

Overall, it's considered one of the best places to live in Malad.
The area outside the society isn't ideal for children, as there have been reports of fighting and disturbances that disrupt peace. Additionally, the presence of vendors along the road outside leads to crowding, especially in the evenings, with a lot of hustle and bustle.

There is ample parking space available in the society for both visitors and residents. Everyone is very friendly, and we celebrate all festivals together. Auto-rickshaws, buses, and the metro are all available nearby. The society is equipped with all modern amenities, which are well maintained. There are no issues of leakage, seepage, or cracks in the flats. The flats are well ventilated, with balconies. Water supply is available 24/7, and the society is kept very clean. The Western Express Highway is located near the society, and there are fire exits in the society.
