Connectivity like cabs nad autos are easily available in the society. People are very friendly in the vicinity. Rent in the area is very good. Hospitals are available within a short distance, which is very convenient for emergencies. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues with the building and the environment. Amenities include a swimming pool, smart benches, and a kids' play area, which are well-maintained. Facilities such as grocery shops and other services are available within walking distance, adding to the convenience. The society is very well-maintained.
Things need improvement
There is no metro near the society. Pollution is an issue because it is near a major road, resulting in a lot of traffic in the vicinity. Road quality is not good, which is inconvenient.

Connectivity to nearby areas like Canada Water is easy if you take the bus or bike. The area feels safe and peaceful. Water facilities are very good, and there's a reliable power supply. Garbage collection is done efficiently. The locality in the society is good. Public transportation is available within walking distance, with bus stops about 1-2 kilometers away. Amenities such as swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, and indoor games are well-maintained in the society.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is very poor; there are issues with seepage in many bathrooms, which is very inconvenient. Maintenance of lifts is not good; they frequently require repairs, causing inconvenience to residents.

The flat has good ventilation with ample sunlight. Festivals are celebrated together by everyone, and the residents are decent. Cleanliness is maintained well. There is 24/7 water supply. The society has all modern amenities. Autos and cabs are easily available.

Near the society, there are no buses for public transportation available. There is no metro station nearby. There is a slight issue with leakage and seepage. There is some traffic jam near the society.

Pets were allowed in the society. The lifts were maintained. Cleanliness was maintained. Water was available 24/7. Festivals were celebrated. There were all modern amenities, and they were well-maintained. Residents were cooperative. Public transport was easily available.
Things need improvement
There were significant issues with leakage and seepage in the society. Maintenance charges were high. There was a lot of traffic jam near the society.

The society where I have been residing for the last 14 years is well-connected to major schools and transportation options such as cabs, buses, and autos, boasts excellent maintenance with regular cleaning and upkeep, recently underwent a beautiful painting renovation, and offers amenities including a clubhouse, gym, pool, and various indoor activities, while also celebrating festivals such as Durga Puja, Onam, and Ganesh Chaturthi.
Things need improvement
The primary inconvenience in our society revolves around traffic congestion during morning and evening rush hours, exacerbated by the presence of numerous school buses and vehicles commuting to offices.

A well-kept apartment with all amenities, including a badminton court, tennis court, cricket field, gym, and swimming pool, is available. There is much of room in society for running and walking. There are three balconies and a sizable carpet space in the two-bedroom apartment.

Well-kept apartment with all amenities like a tennis court, a cricket field, a gym, and a swimming pool. The society has enough of room for running and walking. The apartment's carpet space is quite sizable, and the 2bhk features three balconies.
