Good things here
I really love living here. Getting around is easy with autos, cabs, and rickshaws available nearby which makes Connectivity of the society top-notch. Our place is always well-maintained, with no leaks or water issues. It's clean and well-built and hence Construction of the building is superb, furhter amenities like gyms, clubhouses, and pools are also present heree. The best part is - Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. Plus, having a temple nearby is really nice. And with CCtv's afnd security guards always active and on duty, I always feel safe. It's just a wonderful place to call home.
Things need improvement
Metro is a bit far, but that for me is not a really big problem because I Peronally do not use the metro a lot. Anyways, apart from that there are no such major issues as of now - all the facilities here provided are better than the socieites nearby.

Good things here
Clubhouses, gyms and swimming pool are available. CCTV cameras are installed. Metro and cabs are available near the society.
Things need improvement
Seepage is a major issue in the society. The condition becomes worse in the monsoons.

Good things here
The facility of cabs and buses are easily accessible.CCTV surveillance is also there which enhances the safety in the society.The contsruction quality of building is fine.All the basic amenities are available.Also,there is collective celebration of festivals in the society.
Things need improvement
The metro station is being situated far from the area.The roads are damaged and are in poor condition. Also,the lack of available parking for incoming guests causes inconvenience for residents and visitors .

Good things here
Maintenance quality of the society is satisfactory with regular cleaning and hygiene. Transportation connectivity is satisfactory with availability of public transport and Market is right in front of the society. Construction quality is fine with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym and clubhouse are provided. The residents are friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
The roads right outside the society are in very poor condition, and must be improved. Also, there are a lot of cows causing inconvenience to the residents on roads.

This attention to detail speaks volumes about the care taken to ensure the structural integrity of the homes. the convenience of having a nearby mall where one can find everything they need adds to the appeal of the location. Public transportation is readily available, making commuting hassle-free for residents without personal vehicles. Additionally, the society provides allocated parking spaces for all residents, alleviating any concerns about parking availability. I must commend the timely execution of repainting projects within the society. This proactive approach to maintenance ensures that the infrastructure remains fresh and aesthetically pleasing. Furthermore, the cooperative nature of the committee members is commendable. Their willingness to assist and collaborate fosters a sense of unity and community spirit within the society, enriching the overall living experience for all residents.
Things need improvement
The society lacked amenities facilities except for a swimming pool, which has been closed for the past two years. However, apart from that, the society is amazing.

The maintenance within the society was good, ensuring that the surroundings are well-kept and organized. Additionally, amenities such as the gym, clubhouse, pool, and grounds were also there.The residents are generally cooperative and respectful, preferring to focus on their own affairs.
Things need improvement
There is issue of traffic congestion due to high population exceeding the capacity of the roads.the infrasturucture is not so good along with the building quality due to which there is issue of seepage. Despite the presence of basic facilities, the neighborhood feels crowded .

The greenery of the society was very good, connectivity was outstanding, schools and hospitals were available nearby.

Basic amenities were not available. There was only one swimming pool and Apart from that, there was nothing in amenities.

public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convinient. Market areas, grocery store, schools, malls, restaurants all are nearby the society. The society is very well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. The Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society, there are no such issues faced regarding it. Paintings and water proofings are done on time. Drainage system is good in the society. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool and parks is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional. Also open spaces and play area for kids are also available. People are friendly, educated and cooperative, all the cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together.
Things need improvement
The society faces challenges with the distance to the metro station. Additionally, the poor quality of roads around the society contributes to major traffic issues and frequent waterlogging, particularly during the rainy season, as the roads are often in bad condition or under construction. Construction quality within the society is average, with common issues such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems. However, there is a lack of a clubhouse facility within the society.

One of the best gated communities in the area with good amenities, Arihant Harmony gets full points when it comes to the amenities and security. The parking provided is really good, and all the facilities are also available at a close distance.

The community has different towers with flats, and every tower has its own lift and maintenance staff. There is a swimming pool, a club house and a gym in the community itself.

Arihant Harmony is a gated community with good flats. The apartments are located in nice and developed area. The market is very close by and every shop is located there. The water supply is great and there is power backup as well.

Arihant Harmony is a very nice community to stay with good security and friendly residents. The supermarkets, salons, clinics, ATMs etc are all at a walkable distance. There are vegetable and fruit vendors on the street as well.

Arihant Harmony has really good and well planned flats. The common areas and the amenities are properly planned too. The open spaces around the apartments allow sunlight into the rooms which is very important for well being.
