Good things here

There is enough parking for residents in the society. Autos and rickshaws are easily available. The roads near the society are well-maintained. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. The maintenance charges are justified. All modern amenities are present and well-maintained. Water is available 24/7, and there is power backup for the entire building. The society is clean.read more

There is no inside parking for visitors; they have to park their vehicles outside the society. Additionally, there are issues with power cuts in the society.read more

Maintenance quality of the society is satisfactory with regular cleaning and hygiene. Transportation connectivity is satisfactory with availability of public transport and Market is right in front of the society. Construction quality is fine with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym and clubhouse are provided. The residents are friendly and cooperative.read more

The roads right outside the society are in very poor condition, and must be improved. Also, there are a lot of cows causing inconvenience to the residents on roads.read more
