Excellent gym for ultimate fitness and then relaxation. Neighborhood is very peaceful and safe for walking and everything in close reach from shopping mall to school and market along with hospital and supermarket. 15 Minutes Drive To Electronic City via NICE Corridor and is also close to top IT companies. The best is its close proximity to Jayanagar and JP Nagar. Overall, the project is worth to look upon and long-term investment.

Was pleasantly surprised with opportunity to buy home in such central location of Bengaluru within my budget. So happy to find that metro station is close-by. Can travel anywhere without hassle. Safe area to explore with good power supply. Road is wide but sometimes there is water logging. Society maintenance impressive and builder construction is very high quality. I liked amenities like table tennis, outdoor party area, open amphitheater and digital gaming zone. I am yet to work on the interior of my 3BHK flat which is spacious enough to work on. There is a good space for parking and also there are some rich amenities.

What can I really say about Mantri Pinnacle other than it is money’s worth! Yes price is steep but that is natural since this is one of the big projects in Bengaluru City. Bannergatta location is near to other developed locations of the city. Location is the best part of project for me. All major highway, school, hospital nearby along with metro. No worry about their safety in this area. Get good mobile tower even on higher floors. Construction quality and type is very good and society responds fast also. The parking space is also good and the overall other amenities are perfect for families.

Every room has well spacious and plumbing spacious are great too. I have taken a good decision by investing in this project. You will too love having your dream home here.

This project by Mantri Group speaks top-quality in all sense. I bought the 3BHK flat and is in 10th floor in Bannergatta. The location is strategic with everything is close by and commuting isn't a problem. Among the many luxurious amenities that the project boasts are Dance / Aerobics Floor, Intercom, Landscaped Gardens, Toddlers Pool, Water Cascading Bodies etc. There is a separate health club for ladies which my wife enjoys. I loved the multi-purpose hall that can be used for various purposes. The security is also good; also there is no water issue. Overall area is very safe though water does accumulate in heavy rains. But location you will love. Everything in close distance from metro station. I am happy with the overall project and living peacefully.
