The construction quality is excellent, with spacious flats. My hall is large, and balconies offer a good view without congestion. There are no leakages on walls; rooms are spacious and well-ventilated. The location is convenient, with a bus stop, supermarkets, and grocery stores within 500 meters. Street lights and ample parking spaces are available. Amenities include a walking track, badminton court, children's play area, gym, swimming pool, and community hall. Maintenance is efficient, with daily cleaning and regular garbage collection. Water and power supply are reliable, and the lift is in proper working condition. The people are friendly and communicate well with each other.read more
