The children's play area is spacious, where children play games with others of the same age group. I enjoy playing basketball in the evening. Connectivity-wise, within 2 km, there are bus stops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, hospitals, and a shopping mall. The road quality is good, with functional street lights and ample parking space. Amenities such as table tennis, basketball court, swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, walking track, and community hall are available. Maintenance is conducted daily with proper cleaning and timely garbage collection. There is good water and power supply, and the lifts are well-functioning. The surrounding people are friendly and cooperative.read more
