Good things here
There is no problem with cleanliness in the society. The garbage is collected on time, and nothing stays dirty. The water comes from the Kaveri River. There are amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, garden, and parks. There are no issues with cracks or seepage.
Things need improvement
The nearby metro station has closed, so we no longer have metro facilities close to our society. This has made commuting a bit challenging for residents who relied on it. We're hoping for a new station to open soon to restore this convenience.

Good things here
The people are friendly, and we celebrate many festivals like Karnataka Rajyotsava, Holi, Diwali, and Ramanavami. Connectivity-wise, within 500 meters, there are bus stops, schools, hospitals, grocery stores, with working street lights and ample parking space. Amenities include table tennis, basketball court, gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and community hall. Maintenance includes proper cleaning and garbage collection, with no issues regarding water, power, or lift functioning. Construction ensures good ventilation without leakage problems in rooms overall.
Things need improvement
There is a lot of dust on the main road in their society, causing inconvenience and requiring regular cleaning to maintain cleanliness and improve air quality for residents.

Good things here
Connectivity is easily available in the area. Public transportation, like buses, is within walking distance from the society. The metro is available within a walkable distance of around 500 meters from the society. Water and electricity services are good, with stable power availability. The area is well-maintained and kept clean and dry. The construction quality is very good, and there are no pending issues in the society. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, and more. Parking is very spacious. Visitor parking is also available in the society.
Things need improvement
There is a traffic issue around the society, and there is a pollution. It is well-maintained and free of inconveniences. Maintenance should be improved in the society.

Good things here
This society is really good. It's easy to get autos, cabs, metro, and buses. The roads are in good shape and there are no traffic problems. Maintenance is excellent with clean lifts, good garbage collection, and regular water tank cleaning. The buildings are well-ventilated and get plenty of sunlight. There�s a garden, play area for kids, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and a park. The neighborhood is friendly and people talk to each other.
Things need improvement
The society is all gold but after being in the main city the airport is far from the society. Amenities are only accessible for the owners , people living on rent cant access them .

Good things here
The construction quality here is great, with proper ventilation and good plaster and fittings. The apartments are spacious, and the connectivity is excellent, with public transport like autos and cabs easily available. The roads are in good condition, and the electricity and water supply are reliable. The neighbors are friendly and always ready to help. The elevators are well-maintained, and the presence of CCTV cameras and security guards adds to the safety. Regular garbage collection with proper segregation is also a big plus.
Things need improvement
The amenities are limited, with the gym being operational but not up to the mark. There's also a parking space problem as it's quite limited. However, aside from these issues, everything else is fine.

Good things here
Lived there 2 years ago, I found the Connectivity, Amenities, and Neighbourhood quite satisfactory. Connectivity was good with easy access to autos, cabs, metro, and railway stations nearby. Amenities like the garden and children's play area were enjoyable. The neighbourhood was friendly, making me feel safe and comfortable.
Things need improvement
During my stay, I faced issues with cleaning not being proper, maintenance not being proper, water seepage, and the presence of cockroaches. Despite these, Connectivity, Amenities, and the Neighbourhood were satisfactory.
