Good things here
There is no problem with cleanliness in the society. The garbage is collected on time, and nothing stays dirty. The water comes from the Kaveri River. There are amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, garden, and parks. There are no issues with cracks or seepage.read more

The nearby metro station has closed, so we no longer have metro facilities close to our society. This has made commuting a bit challenging for residents who relied on it. We're hoping for a new station to open soon to restore this convenience.read more

The people are friendly, and we celebrate many festivals like Karnataka Rajyotsava, Holi, Diwali, and Ramanavami. Amenities include table tennis, basketball court, gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and community hall. Maintenance includes proper cleaning and garbage collection, with no issues regarding water, power, or lift functioning. The metro is available within a walkable distance of around 500 meters from the society. Water and electricity services are good, with stable power availability. The area is well-maintained and kept clean and dry. The construction quality is very good, and there are no pending issues in the society. This society is really good. It's easy to get autos, cabs, metro, and buses. The roads are in good shape and there are no traffic problems. Maintenance is excellent with clean lifts, good garbage collection, and regular water tank cleaning. The buildings are well-ventilated and get plenty of sunlight. There�s a garden, play area for kids, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and a park. The neighborhood is friendly and people talk to each other.read more
