Sri Balaji Residency is a premium housing project by SV Builders & Developers. It is located on Kodichikkanahalli Main Road, off Bannerghatta Main Road, near IIM Bangalore. The project has a total of 24 spacious flats and offers 2 and 3 BHK luxury apartments. It is BBMP approved and features Vastu-compliant homes with no common walls. The residency is a gated community that offers a retreat of amity and tranquility.

Project Specifications: The project's structure is a R.C.C. framed design. External walls are 6" concrete solid blocks, and internal walls are 4" concrete solid blocks. All flats have independent walls. The flooring consists of 2x4 Vitrified Tiles for the living, dining, bedrooms, and kitchen, with anti-skid tiles for the utility and balcony. Main doors are teak wood frames with OSD shutters, and Pooja doors are teakwood framed. All other doors have teak wood frames with flush wood shutters. Windows are 3-track UPVC with MS grills.

 

For painting, internal walls have a plastic emulsion finish, and external walls are coated with ACE weather-proof cement-based paint. The kitchen includes a stainless steel sink, granite platform, and power points for a water purifier, refrigerator, and exhaust fans. Electrical work includes concealed wiring, provision for AC points, and TV and telephone points in the living and master bedroom. The project has a 3-phase connection and DG provision for power backup for common areas and lighting in all flats. Toilets feature anti-skid tiles for flooring and glazed tiles for dadoo up to 7 feet, with provision for a geyser and exhaust point. Water supply is available 24 hours a day. Common areas have granite flooring and SS railing for the lobby and staircase. The residency also features an automatic lift and covered car parking.
