While several amenities are available, their maintenance has been neglected or has deteriorated over time. Many places have not undergone renovation in decades, and repair work is still pending in several areas. The power backup is inadequate, leaving residents vulnerable during power cuts. Additionally, the plaster and fittings in some places are substandard. Parking is a common issue due to insufficient space available for vehicles.

Ventilation in the society is notably good, providing fresh air and a comfortable living environment. With reliable 24/7 water and electricity supply, as well as the added security of CCTV cameras, I feel safe and secure here. But what truly makes this place special is the sense of community. Living in a five-floor building without lifts can be quite challenging, especially when I need to carry heavy groceries or navigate the stairs multiple times a day. The plaster issues that occur occasionally can also be frustrating to deal with. It's disappointing that essential amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or play area are not available in our society. These facilities could greatly enhance the quality of life for residents. Having CCTV cameras installed only in the parking area leaves other parts of the society vulnerable to security risks. Dealing with leakage issues during the rainy season is particularly bothersome.

Living in this society is such a relief. I appreciate the effort put into keeping everything clean and ensuring that garbage collection happens on time. The quality of construction is impressive, especially considering the age of the buildings. I feel fortunate that we haven't had to deal with any seepage or water leakage issues. But what really makes this place special is the people. Having friendly and helpful neighbors truly makes it feel like a tight-knit community.

Dealing with the heavy traffic from Oberoi School can be quite a hassle for me. It's the main challenge we face in our otherwise well-maintained society. Although our community is great overall, the lack of amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse can be a downside, especially since the society is relatively small. But despite these limitations, I'm grateful for the positive aspects of our community and the friendly atmosphere among the residents.

I am having a wonderful experience living in this society. The connectivity is great, with Ola and Uber coming directly inside the society. Maintenance is excellent, with everything kept clean and in good condition. The construction quality is solid, with no problems at all. All amenities, like the garden, gym, and play area, are available and well-maintained. The neighbourhood is friendly and safe, with good security and CCTV coverage. There are no issues with parking, guest parking, or stray dogs

The society has good connectivity, with public transport readily available. Regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation is a plus, along with 24/7 electricity and water supply. Modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, and we celebrate each festival together. Elevators are installed and maintained, and there are CCTV cameras and a 24/7 security guard for added safety.

Good things here

Auto ,bus are easy to approach near by the society. High security to there resident,biomatrix scan facilities are peovided for security purpose,each area is under cctv survilance. Build quality is just excellent there is no construction defect in the society. crowd of the people is decent and well educated.

Local railway station is far away from the society. There is no amenities present in the society only 2 basketball court is there. there is no power back up facilities in the society.
