The water facility operates smoothly 24/7 within the society, ensuring continuous supply. Garbage collection is efficiently managed, with separate collection of wet and dry waste. The metro station is also nearby, within 800 meters from the society, providing convenient transportation options. The residents are known for their friendliness and cooperation, fostering a supportive community atmosphere. The greenery within the society is abundant, with a dedicated meditation place in the garden areas. Hospitals are also situated nearby, approximately 1. 5 kilometers away, ensuring easy access to healthcare facilities.

Being a new building, approximately 3 years old, the amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and indoor games are well-maintained within the society. Additionally, the maintenance charges are reasonable, offering good value for the services provided.

The kids' play area within the society is relatively small, which may limit space for children's activities. Hospitals are located quite far from the society, approximately 3 kilometers away, which can be inconvenient during emergencies. The road quality is good, with functional street lights and ample parking space available. Amenities in our community include table tennis, a basketball court, a swimming pool, a gym, a clubhouse, a children�s play area, a walking track, and a community hall, catering to various interests. Maintenance is excellent, with regular cleaning and daily garbage collection ensuring cleanliness. We benefit from reliable water and power supply, and our lifts are well-maintained for convenience.

There are significant traffic issues on the main road in our community, leading to frequent congestion and delays. Urgent implementation of effective traffic management solutions is necessary to enhance flow and reduce inconvenience for residents.

Celebrations in the society are very good; we can also elevate some cultural activities in the society.

The construction quality is very poor; there are some leaks in walls in the society, as well as some external cracks in walls. The road quality is very poor in the society. There is no visitor parking available in the society.
