Connectivity of the apartment is great.maintaince of the apartment is top notch.society is neat ,clean and hygenic.
Things need improvement
Allocated parking has not been provided for visitors and resident.build quality can be improve,sometimes we have faced leakage and seepage issue though it was solved quickly.

Good things here
Residence of Sagar residency are very friendly ,as i am here on rent but i am allowed to use all the amenities and even though no extra cost is being taken .railway station and rickshaw stand is near by the society
Things need improvement
Earlier we had leakage issue in our apartment but the mantainance committee has fixed the issue.

Connectivity was good for local transport facilities. maintainace charges of that society was reasonable as compare to other.

Overall society facilities can be improved,Maintenance should also be enhanced.

Good things here
No water logging issues in the society's roads.schools hospitals are near by the society.cctv camera and security staff are there for resident's security.Maintenance facilities are big plus.

Power back up facilities has been allocated to common areas only.There is no amenities in the society except parking.

Railway station,bus stop is at walkable distance,auto cabs available quickly.society is neat clean and hygenic.people living over there are very friendly and helpful.allocated parking for resident.

24/7 water and electricity supply.managing committe is very much attentive to resolve any of the issue in the apartment.build quality is good .crowd of the people is very friendly and helpful.amenities are very well maintaianed.
