Good things here
I've had a wonderful experience in the society. The residents are exceptionally friendly, including their pets, which adds to the warm atmosphere. Connectivity is superb, and the construction quality of the buildings is top-notch, devoid of any issues. Timely garbage collection and excellent security further enhance the living experience. Overall, the society is impeccably maintained, thanks to the diligent efforts of both the management and the residents.read more

I feel there are some areas that could be improved. Basic amenities like a garden, park, swimming pool, or clubhouse are notably absent, which detracts from the overall living experience. Furthermore, the lack of guest parking is inconvenient for visitors. Additionally, ongoing construction work in the vicinity contributes to a dust problem, which can be bothersome.read more

Good things here
I have easy access to auto and cab services, and schools and colleges are conveniently located nearby, with a school right in front of our society. The maintenance team does an excellent job ensuring everything is in top shape, from timely garbage collection to preventing any leaks or water blockages. My neighbors are friendly, and we all work together, creating a supportive and enjoyable community atmosphere.read more
Things need improvement
It's a bit disappointing that our society lacks a gym and swimming facility, which would have been great for staying active and healthy right here. Also, having to travel to the second campus just to use the playground is a bit inconvenient. It would definitely enhance our community if these amenities were more readily available within our own vicinity.read more

Good things here
Malls, markets, and grocery stores were all nearby. There was uncovered parking available in the society. Cultural events like Holi and Diwali were celebrated. The cleaning of the society was very good. The lift and CCTV were well-maintained. There has never been an issue with water logging. We have been living there for 3 to 4 years and have never faced any issues. The neighbors were also very friendly and helpful.read more
Things need improvement
There were not many amenities available. Public transport was not easily accessible around the society when I lived there. The metro was under construction at that time.read more

Good things here
I've found everyone here to be super friendly with no issues at all. They are great to stay with and share a neighborhood. Water supply and electricity are available 24/7 in the society, and there are no issues regarding them. Parking space is also available.read more
Things need improvement
The lift lights are very dim, leakage is a persistent issue, auto charges are excessive, private autos are discouraged from taking passengers, and the railway station is very far. It was promised that all amenities would be provided, but after five years of purchasing the flat, none have been delivered.read more
