August 21, 2024: Rustomjee Group announces the launch of ‘Verdant Vistas’, a luxury residential project located in the prime location of Thane, in partnership with Keppel.
Verdant Vistas is inclusive of two buildings, Tower A with 176 flats and Tower B with 264 units ensuring a sense of community amidst natural beauty. The 3BHK units range from 1100 to 1300 sq. ft., while the 4BHK units range from 1750 to 2250 sq. ft. The project is equipped with an array of amenities spread across 3 floors, including a swimming pool, gymnasium, kids play area, clubhouse, and senior citizen area.
The residential phase of Verdant Vistas is inspired by Thane’s natural terrain, whereas the commercial and multi-sports phases offer Ullas Creek, a dynamic water feature that enhances the surroundings
The architectural design of the project belongs to MOD architects whereas architect Hafeez Contractor has given his share of expertise for luxury and comfort.
The Verdant Vistas provides easy access to Mumbai’s major social infrastructure. The project is near schools, retail areas, community amenities, and public transportation networks. Visitors can take advantage of the customer experience center in Thane to experience the distinct features of Vedant Vistas.
