Good things here
Mujhe apni society ka podium bohot accha lagta ha jaha per yoga centre h. view bohot acha milta hai,beautiful mountain view milta hai ghar se hi . muje society me sab kuch hi bohot accha lagta hai sab market, local transport pas me mil jata hai. society me spa gym swimming pool sab facilities hai. balcony bhi bohot specious hai. pani 24*7 ata hai. parking bohot badi hai. society ke sare log bohot descent hai.
Things need improvement
Barish me thodi seelan ka issue hota hai walls pe. schools ke chuhtti ke time pr thoda bohot traffic ka problem hota hai society ke bahar.

Good things here
Schools were near by the society. Oberoi mall and restaurants were nearby. people were friendly. all modern amenities are present. flats were very specious.
Things need improvement
Because of schools there was issue of traffic jam mainly in school time. new management team is not reliable, they do not maintain society properly. amenities are not properly maintained to use. garden is in very bad condition. there are lot of issues in construction quality of the flats, like we had very much seepage in our flat. we wanted to buy flat there but because of all these issues we dropped our plan.

Good things here
There are malls and restaurants near by the society Trasportation is also easily approachable near by the society.Allocated space for parking is availabe for owners and visitors.All the amenities like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area etc is availlable and tenants are allowed to use them without paying extra.maintenance charges are resonable in the society.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is just average and minor issues accures but there is a team assigned by managing committee to resolve issues that comes accross.Solar panel and generators are available for lifts and common loghts only.

Good things here
Everything was just at walkable distance from the society like bus stand,railway station ,metro and even though schools hospitals,shopping malls were also there near by the society.High security system in the society all the areas were under cctv survilance in the society.All the modern amenities were there in the society and fully functional.Crowd of the people were good and good celebration of the festivals.Build quality was good no construction defects in the society.There was no water logging and traffic issues around the society.allocated parking for owners and visitors.
Things need improvement
Power back up facilitied were not there in the society which was inconvenient during power cuts.bachlores were not allowed in the society.

There are no water logging issues around the society.local transport and public transport is easy to approach.All the modern amenities are present and fully funstional.allocated Parking space for resident and visitors .build quality is top notch in the society.Lifts are very well maintained and good security system.all the people are coperative,good socialism in the society.Attentive managing commitee to resolve issues in the society.

Power back up facilities are not there in the society.There are traffic issues on connecting road.

Overall it was a good society to live in goregaon area.Society was very well maintained and all the modern amenities were adopted in the society.power back up facilities were also there in the society.

Good things here
All transportations are easily available,public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. The society maintainance is very good, it's kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. The water supply is very good in the society. Water is available for 24*7 in the society. The society has got good drainage system, there are no such water logging issues inside the society. In my flat there is no seepage or leakage issues. All the facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. The People staying in the society are friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
Termite issues are there in some of the towers in the society, The construction quality is average in the society.

Connectivity is very convinient, everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. Markets are available inside the society and also outside the society there are markets. The society is properly maintained and it is also kept clean. Garbage collection is done on time. electricity issues are faced in the society, power backup is available. Water logging issues are not faced at all in the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is average, seepage and leakage issues are faced in the appartments, specially when drilling is done on the walls the wall quality is not good.

The society has not got any water supply issues. There was no water shortage as such in the society. The society is properly maintained and it is also kept clean. Garbage collection is done on time. No major electricity issues are faced in the society, power backup is available. public transports like auto, buses, rikshaws, cabs are easily available outside the society. nearby the society local shops, super markets and grocery stores are available. Facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society, all are properly maintained. People are very good in the society, festivals are celebrated together. Security system is good. Security guards are available, CCTV cameras are installed and it works all over the society. Water logging issues are not faced at all in the society.

The construction quality is average, seepage and leakage issues are faced in the appartments. The rent of this society is very high.

Good things here
There is a podium area which is big plus point of the society they provided walking area there. everything is best here in terms of connectivity, Oberoi mall is nearby, metro station autos and buses are nearby. in terms of amenities tennis court, volley-ball court, gym swimming pool everything is here. flats are more specious and has specious balconies.
Things need improvement
There are some leakage issues mainly in rainy season. parking should be taken care of more because of mandir nearby, there is traffic jam issue in front of society.
